Send Thanksgiving Cards to your Referring Dentists and Physicians

As the end of the year approaches, send Thanksgiving cards to your referring dentists and physicians. Christmas cards very often get lost in the volume of holiday cards mailed in December.  Sending a card in November allows your message to stand out and will differentiate your dental practice in a very positive manner.

If you plan for this well in advance, say August or September, you should be able to delegate most of the work to your staff.  As long as you have a good list of your referral sources, you have plenty of time now to select a good card.

Consider writing a short personal message on each card.  By spreading the work over a couple of months, the process is very manageable.
